Kiera wrapped up the school year with a bang! At the end of year assembly she was presented with an Honor Roll certificate for her 3.5 GPA.
This was followed a week later by her report card. Four A's, and check out that C in Math!
7th grade was a bit of an adjustment at the beginning of the year. Obviously Kiera was successful in making the change. She worked hard and was happy with her results. Also many thanks to her great teachers this year, especially Mr. Lopez and Mrs. Baca-Smith. Last night we had a celebratory dinner out at Rainforest Cafe. Summer break began last Wednesday and so far has been low key. Once Debbie is done with her work at the Relay For Life, Cancer fundraiser, this Sat the fun can start.
